The day has come. After nearly four months of research, writing, and revision I’m happy to announce that my Special Report
How to Stop Anxious Thinking
is now available.

I’ve created an information page that you can visit to get a real clear picture of what you can expect from my Special Report, so I won’t rehash every single detail in this article. However, I do want to give you some background and a few highlights.

On December 30, 2009 I was on the brink of closing down the Anxiety Guru podcast.  I ended up extending the deadline because I felt so bad about having to shut things down .  But instead of just throwing in the towel, I gave my readers and listeners a chance to help and they came through in a big way.

After several hours of pounding on my keyboard I was able to resurrect the Anxiety Guru forum.  Some time ago now a spammer did a real number on it, so I shut it down temporarily.  But I think it’s been long enough and it’s now available.

After the “attack” I was a little bummed because the forum was gaining some momentum, but oh well it’s back now and I hope all of you take full advantage of it.

Many of you know that recently I was planning to unplug the Anxiety Guru Show.  And now that the deadline I set is here it pains me to do this, so I had an idea.

For those of you that don’t know The Anxiety Guru Show is a podcast that I produce.  Anyway, due to money issues I thought of closing down the podcast until things improved economically.

You may or may not have noticed that some weeks I produce 2-3 articles, and most times less than that.  So, I just decided to ask the people that actually read my articles what they would like in terms of frequency. Schedules and routines have their merits and this is me trying to establish one.

I was recently digging around in my blog’s statistical data and found some interesting information. It appears that the # 1 topic sought on this site is related to chest pain. This kind of makes sense since having chest pains for any reason can be unsettling. It’s far and away the most read thing here.

In an effort to make Anxiety Guru a resource for all people that suffer from anxiety disorder(s) I’m asking that my readers lend a helping hand. This is your opportunity to do something to help someone just like yourself.

You can select from the list below or come up with your own creative way to help. We all need and seek information, stories, and resources about our condition. The goal here is to create as large a resource as possible. All contributions are welcomed and appreciated.
