If you are reading this right now then you know exactly how I used to feel all the time. Tired, worried, and complaining about possible diseases like a full fledged hypochondriac. Now, what I propose to do is offer you ways in which you can manage and even cure your anxiety. I will be perfectly honest and admit to you that I have not been cured myself, but curiously I do know the way out. And although I have not cured my anxiety fully, I do have a family, a full time job, normal relationships with others, etc. In other words, despite my anxiety I function well. You might be wondering how is this guy going to help me if he isn’t cured himself?

Unlike a lot of people on t.v. and the internet I don’t presume to know how to do it all. I stick to the basics and focus on that as a means of attaining full recovery. I used to have frequent panic attacks, awful and terrifying panic attacks. I used to have palpations, vertigo, depersonalization, even depression after a awhile. But, overtime, and after doing tons of research (just like you) I have found some basic concepts that have really helped me to manage my anxiety, really.

Through this blog and my podcast I will show you very simple, but effective ways to counter your anxiety. Some of you as a result will be ‘cured’ and others will learn how to have anxiety but still lead a normal life. Learning the methods I use will take some effort, like reading a lot. But, if you are anything like me then you eat up anything having to do with anxiety because essentially it is about you. So, how do you cure anxiety?

You cure and learn to manage anxiety by learning and following some simple steps that will be detailed throughout this blog. But, in a nutshell, you must accept that you have anxiety disorder or closely related condition. You simply cannot be in denial about it. You have to get over the label of being so called mentally ill or at least temporarily altered. Next, you have to not fight the anxious thoughts, sensations and feelings, but you have to let it come and not resist. You have to let it do whatever it will do and understand that it will not harm you. You have to also learn how to relax, learn what to eat, exercise and create a deep seeded confidence in yourself. Now, those are the basics. No fancy gimmicks, tricks or anything else. If you pay attention, you will learn how to manage those terrible fears and feelings you have right now. I promise.
