Yeah i think the whole vitamins and supplements is entireley down to the individual.

It works great for some, but maybe not so well for others.

Because we are all different its worth trying different things to see what works for you.

In addition to this great info, tradition Chinese herbs and Ayurvedic herbs can help as well.

L-Theanine and Gaba are also supplements that have been helpful to those with anxiety.

  3. I think John has it right. Some people will benefit from vitamins and supplements. Others will fair better with antidepressants and other meds.

It really does depend on the individual. Just make sure to always speak with a doctor about either course of therapy.

I tried the whole GABA diet thing and it does seem to be having some impact. Drinking green tea, eating walnuts, almonds, bananas and porridge every morning – sometimes with an orange juice too – and this seems to help.

    Hi,

I think it is easy to forget how important our “fuel” is when it comes to how we feel. I just wanted to say thank you for bringing that up and at the same time take the opportunity to give you the tip about the impact of lack of magnesium in the body. Especially if you are suffering with anxiety.
