		<description>I tried the whole GABA diet thing and it does seem to be having some impact. Drinking green tea, eating walnuts, almonds, bananas and porridge every morning - sometimes with an orange juice too - and this seems to help.</description>

		<description>I think John has it right. Some people will benefit from vitamins and supplements. Others will fair better with antidepressants and other meds.

It really does depend on the individual. Just make sure to always speak with a doctor about either course of therapy.</description>
