  2. Great article. I suffered from anxiety a few years ago and being able to accept the anxiety or panic rather than focus on “what may happen” helped me.

When I realized what you’ve written in this article, that it is important to not jump into “I’m dying!” mode, I was really able to make wonderful progress in dealing with my anxious thoughts.
