    great pod-cast, its so useful and helpful to listen to such advice, cause it makes so much sense and it really really helps.

    it just takes some time to readjust and apply these things, specially when your used to giving in to panic.

    Thank you so much for this. I’ve dealt with anxiety for several years now and it would come and go. I’m able to handle it myself for the most part, but lately its form has changed. I’ve been dealing with health anxiety due to a simultaneous spring up of a random medical woes. The idea of anxiety not existing and the comparison between fear is really interesting. I’m hoping that your wise words will help me and I will certainly continue to read and listen to your advice. Thank you.

    Although I am only up to video 2 of 5.. I got to see a sneak peak if you will of vdeo 4. Everything Alex says makes sense it’s just hard adjusting to it. I’m not giving up thought its only the 1st step to truly getting rid of my anxiety!

    I really enjoyed Alex’a podcasts…not sure what’s happened to them of late though. Sadly he hasn’t sent me one for a while. They were really good as well…
