Happy Monday!

Hi Friends! A very happy Monday to you. Actually, I think I owe you a Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year on top of that. Yeah, it’s been awhile. Anyway, I just wanted to check in with you. I know a few folks still listen to the podcast so I wanted to provide a quick update. Let’s see, well first things first. I will not be shutting down the site. That’s right. I’m going to keep the lights on and see what I can do about making a comeback in the next few weeks. I have a bunch of ideas in my head about what to create, so I’m sure I can come up with something good. You know, despite all the time that has gone by since I was active on this site, I never stopped thinking about it. The work I created and shared on AG was and is really important to me. I know my work has helped a lot of people and I would like to continue that in whatever way I can. It gets hard when you have a career and a growing family but AG has always been my sanctuary. And I would love to be back in that creative space. Man, that sounds super cheesy but that’s how I feel! This little virtual hole in the wall is still home. I hope that you stick around to see what comes next.

    Great to see you!
Wellness and safety to you and all your loved ones.

    Faith..
Hang in there. You’re not alone. The populace, be they managing a pre existant anxiety condition or not, is feeling collectively amped up.
Fear of the unknown is in itself a human thing.
Be positive, stay strong, wise, and reach out. Just as you’ve done to Paul .
We are ALL gonna be ok!

I thought you were gone for good. Happy to hear you’re alive and well:)
As of recent couple of months I found myself in a relapse; a lot of stressful events going on at the same time that put my anxiety/OCD into overdrive. Feels like back to square one. What makes it extra difficult is this corona virus frenzy– all of the normal day to day functioning is disrupted, no school, no gym, no library, no coffee shop, everything is closed. In the past I found routines to be very helpful for anxiety. Now that we are stuck at home it is quite challenging.
I know you guys are affected a lot by it in California too and feel it as much as we do. It would be awesome if you had some tips on how to survive this time, for us, anxious folks:) I hope you and your family are doing well, looking forward to more content, stay safe

Thank you, Paul! I jumped on here, because like a lot of us AG peeps, I’m having a hard time with Covid-19 health anxiety! Of course I’ve been isolating all week, went to the grocery store one time, and now swear my throat hurts and I have cough. Of course, you have taught us numerous ways to combat these feelings, so I’m running through pod casts and brushing up. But, I got to tell you, GOD it is great ā€œhearing your voiceā€ again.
