What History Can Teach You About Your Anxiety (Part 1)

Hi Friends. I hope you’re good! On this episode of The Anxiety Guru Show I explore history and what it can teach you about your anxiety. Now I know that when most people think about history they think about boring historical figures, places, dates, and not much else. I have a completely different view. To me history can teach us a lot about the present and different ways to handle our current problems. I think it’s great for humanity to make progress wherever it can but, before you do it’s usually a good idea to think about what happened in the past first. Does history repeat itself? I think it does and we can learn a lot as a result. I hope you enjoy today’s show!

    This was a very sane and rational podcast. Reminded me that we all as a whole, human nature in its entirety, have come through crappy patches before. We sure will again! I stay off the news, off the unstoppable newsfeeds and morose scrolling on the phone….I am temporarily watching cartoons now…hahaa. Nothing political thank you!!
    Anyway..Ive just exhaled for the first time in 10 minutes. This site helps me to put myself back in balance. Thanks Paul.
