For a long time I was afraid to be happy. I was afraid to laugh too strongly, I was afraid to get carried away with any overly positive feeling because it would make me nervous. Recently I have talked a lot about various forms of therapies for anxiety disorders. Some of which are considered somewhat fringe or unorthodox. There is one therapy however that is widely accepted as being extremely effective and more in line with old school psychoanalytical techniques.
