Have you ever been so mad that you thought you were going to lose it? That happened to me not too long ago and it taught me a valuable lesson. I hate to admit it, but I hold grudges. It probably comes from my mom's side of the family, but wherever it comes from I hate that I'm like that. Holding grudges or staying angry I found only does two things for me: A.
